Denkai America’s parent is currently undergoing liquidation as part of a Japanese court-ordered restructuring process.

Appointed as Independent Director to the U.S. entity to provide governance, leadership, and stability throughout the subsidiary’s sale process, with exclusive authority to resolve certain key disputes between the U.S. and Japanese entities. Role includes playing a central role in overseeing the orderly dissolution of U.S. assets and ensuring creditor repayment.
